Yes. VentureTel offers business texting so teams can send and receive SMS from their business number on desktop, mobile, and tablet. VentureTel Messaging is also available as a standalone texting service. VentureTel Messaging is not HIPAA compliant, so do not use it to send or store protected health information (PHI).
Yes. Missed-call text-back is available to every VentureTel Messaging customer as an opt-in feature. When a call to your VentureTel business number ends unanswered, it automatically sends your customizable text from your business texting number, right after the missed call, and replies land in your shared inbox. Calls that reach voicemail count as answered and don't trigger a text. It requires VentureTel phone service and a number registered for business texting (10DLC). Your admin creates the rule in VentureTel Messaging, and VentureTel connects it to your phone system as a one-time step. Callers on landlines or with blocked or private caller ID won't get a text.
Yes. VentureTel business phone plans include voicemail transcription, voicemail-to-email delivery, and app playback so your team can review messages from anywhere.
